New Tunes Tuesday had a different look to it yesterday. Jen had a hellish day at work and just wanted to come home and crash. So she asked for and I provided her with her favorite local calzone from the Mellow Mushroom. Secondly she’s been wanting a new CD for quite sometime and it finally released in the states yesterday. So with Border’s coupon in hand (40% off – thanks Borders Rewards) I headed out. I came back with a couple of new CDs that she’s been wanting. So, Jen received New Tunes on Tuesday. Check back soon for her reviews of the new Natasha Bedingfield record, Pocket Full of Sunshine, and a new record by Ingrid Michaelson, Girls and Boys.
Jen showed us a video of a Ingrid Michaelson impromptu concert online the other day, so I looked her up on iTunes. Decided to buy the song “breakable.” Enjoying it a lot. Will have to borrow the CD to hear the rest. Thanks again for sharing the tunes, without it we’d be stuck in a rut.
